Taut ♿

October 15 @ 12:00 pm - October 18 @ 5:00 pm
Free

Taut, a solo exhibition by Zoe Potter, uses glass, steel, latex, and more in a series of figurative sculptures. The work’s focus on materiality centers the tension and harmony that lies between materials, as well as their own relationship to scale and space.

Artist Bio: Zoe Potter is a Seattle-based artist and a recent graduate in the fine arts program at Cornish College of the Arts. At the end of her tenure in the program, Potter was nominated twice for the Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award and was awarded a scholarship to attend the Pilchuck School of Glass. While she has shown work in numerous group exhibitions, her thesis exhibition prompted a re-exhibition of some of these paintings at the 2025 Seattle Art Fair.
