Open Artist Studio: Carol Milne ♿

Carol Milne knits glass. Although she’d like to say she knits with molten glass, alas, her work is cast, using the lost wax casting process. The process involves wax working (knitting, pouring and soldering), moldmaking using plaster and refractories, a kiln, dental tools and coldworking.

Carol’s studio is an easy 10-minute walk from the newly opened Pinehurst light rail station.
