 Join Traver Gallery for a Blown Away contestants meet and greet, featuring artists Morgan Peterson, Gemma Hollister, Karen Willenbrink-Johnsen as they chat through their own distinctive vision and narrative to the medium of glass.

• Morgan Peterson will present a series of cameo portraits of Seattle-based drag queens highlighting their ideals of feminine beauty, alongside works from her renowned Designer Drug series and new pieces inspired by her experience on “Blown Away.”

• Gemma Hollister explores their personal experience of an artist in modern capitalism through glass with thought-provoking pieces like “Hitchbot in Paradise,” a stained-glass tribute to the ill-fated Hitchbot, and “Doomscroll Ad Infinitum.” A new addition will be a pumpkin chandelier.

• Karen Willenbrink-Johnsen brings her deep connection to nature to life through glass, with vibrant, dynamic sculptures that reflect the beauty and vitality of the natural world.
