The hunt is here! Follow along on @RefractSeattle for clues, announcements, and everything you need to join the hunt for the eight limited edition medallions.
The medallions were created by the Community Hot Shop (CHS) at Chihuly Garden and Glass, where every CHS piece purchased gives back to the community through the Center Art Foundation, helping remove barriers and create opportunities for artists.
Each medallion will have one of the following prizes attached to it. Dates for these prizes are non-negotiable, but may be transferred to another person. Official rules can be found here.
Prize List:
REFRACT 2026 Swag Bag: tote, shirt, stickers, koozie and one special prize below (prizes corollate to specific medallions).
1. 2 GATHER tickets (Thursday Oct 15th 2026, must be 21+ to win) – 1st medallion has been found.
2. 2 GATHER tickets (Thursday Oct 15th 2026, must be 21+ to win) – 2nd medallion has been found.
3. $100 gift certificate to Seattle Glassblowing Studio – 3rd medallion has been found.
4. 2026 Chihuly over Venice book, Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition Catalog, Scheduled VIP tour of Chihuly Garden and Glass, 2 Tickets to CGG
5. Dan Friday Future Artifacts, two seats on the REFRACT tour bus (Oct 17 or Oct 18) – 5th medallion has been found.
6. $150 gift certificate to Pratt Fine Art Center
7. 2 spots to Chihuly Studio Boathouse tour only during 2026 REFRACT Weekend – 7th medallion has been found.
